Do I have to create an account to make an order?
You have no obligation to create an account to make an order. However, we recommend you to register to have a history of your orders and to make it easier for your next purchase.
What payment methods are accepted?
You may place your order via our secure credit card payment software or via Paypal (No Paypal account required). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. who puts security as their priority.
Can I include a personalized gift package and message with my purchase?
All Azaliah jewelries are beautifully wrapped in our exclusive gift box, ready for gifting! You can make a note under “Special Instructions” before checking out if you want a greeting card with your personal message. If you choose delivery to another address, please specify if you do not want your invoice to be included in your parcel.
Do you deliver abroad?
Azaliah delivers worldwide! Please note that some international shipments (countries out of the European Union) may be eligible for additional custom fees or taxes that will be at the buyer's charge.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order has left us, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track its progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account.
Can I exchange/return my orders?
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return at your own expense. Please, refer to our return/exchange page for more detailed information.
Can I make change to the order I just placed?
It is only possible to make a change to your order within the 1 hour of placing it. Note that we process orders very quickly, so you must immediately contact our customer service with your change request details.
