Return & Exchange policy
Thank you for shopping at Azaliah! We hope you love your jewelry as much as we do, but if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it, at your own expense, within 14 days of delivery for an EXCHANGE or REFUND. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you any return policy.
As soon as you decide to return your purchase, inform us to get the return address (please, add your order number to make it easier). Ensure that your return is sent back in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt of the purchase. Only unused items will be eligible for the return policy. We reserve the right that returns which do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
If your Azaliah jewelry was a gift and sent directly to you, the item must be returned following the above instructions. Please provide the name of the person who purchased it. The refund will be processed on the payment account of the buyer. If you would like an exchange, please take contact with our customer services.
We strongly recommend you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method payment chosen while checking out. This procedure can take within 5 to 10 working days (depending on your card issuer's policy).
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Please note that the eventual customs duties and taxes are not refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.
If for any reason, the item does not please you or if the size does not suit you, you can exchange your jewelry within the 14 days policy. Contact us to tell us for which item you would like to exchange it.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please inform us within the 10 days of receipt for any claim. In this case, we will take in charge the shipping cost and ship you the right item as soon as possible.
