Shipping

We ship worldwide! Shipments are proceeded Monday to Friday and most orders ship within 24 hours from the order date from Brussels, Belgium. Orders placed on the weekend and bank holidays will be processed on the next business day. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email to track your order. You can check the status of your package at the Bpost website by clicking here.

Belgium deliveries:

Orders are dispatched by Bpost and cost 5€. We are glad to offer free shipping on orders over 70€. You may expect to receive your delivery within 1 to 3 working days.

International deliveries:

International shipping costs 9€ and will be automatically free for orders over 100€. Orders ship via GLS or BPost and will be delivered within 3 to 6 working days. The carrier will require your signature on the delivery.
Customers living out of Europe : Duties and taxes are not included in the total checkout. The customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties fees incurred. Please, check with your local postal or customs office for more information on the rules and fees that may apply to your country. All packages are under the responsibility of the receiver once they pass through EU customs clearance into your designated country.
